In this seminar the handling of the longitudinal section integrated in BaSYS Plan is trained in the field of wastewater. In detail, existing functions as well as new features and adaptations of BaSYS Version 9.1 Service Pack 3 will be discussed. Existing functions now support intermediate pipe points both within a pipe and across pipes. New functions in the planning longitudinal section are "GZP/krz. Edit Lines", "Create Line Intermediate Points from Terrain Intermediate Points" and "Move Vertically".

Everyone who creates or uses XML data knows the problem: The new exchange format is much more flexible and can also transport the European standard DIN EN 13508-2, but searching and editing individual data fields in an XML file is no longer so easy. This also makes it more difficult to check for an error-free XML format. In this seminar the handling and handling of known schema and content errors will be presented.

Definition of database queries and automatic modification of database value entries
In this seminar the handling of the OPATH Query Designer is trained. An OPATH query directly accesses the data structure of a BaSYS database. Completed query documents are the solid basis for the creation of reports, models etc. in addition to the actual query result. Data modifying OPATH queries are performed using DML (Data Manipulation Language). The INSERT-, UPDATE- and DELETE-statements are presented in this webinar.

Automated execution of remediation planning
In this seminar the handling of the remediation assistant integrated in the PISA remediation planning is trained. In addition to the implementation of the included renovation strategies repair, renovation and renewal, this seminar also includes the definition of your own individual renovation strategy. The aim is to roughly determine the required renovation effort in the form of the type of renovation procedure, number of renovation sites and the expected renovation costs.

Object exact and automatic determination of the sewer rehabilitation concept to be implemented aIn this seminar the handling of the cost comparison calculation integrated in the remediation planning PISA is trained. The sewer rehabilitation concept to be implemented is automatically determined for each pipe and/or manhole. Sewer rehabilitation concepts according to Prof. R. F. Schmidtke are available as standard. The costs for repair, renovation and renewal are included in the economic efficiency comparison by PISA in order to determine the concept with the smallest cumulative cash value from the sewer renovation alternatives.

Basis of a renewal of the rehabilitation planning according to DIN 4124 and DIN EN 1610
The handling of the cost estimation integrated in the PISA remediation planning is trained. The renewal and partial renewal quantities and costs of an open construction method for reaches, connecting lines and shafts are determined. The quantity method used takes into account cost groups such as surface reinforcement, excavation, shoring, bedding, laying, dewatering and backfilling.

Due to the extensive content, this seminar lasts 3 hours, which are divided into two time blocks of 1.5 hours each in the morning and afternoon.
In this seminar the handling of the model designer responsible for the representation of BaSYS objects in the CAD or GIS systems supported by BaSYS is trained. Due to the scope of the training content this seminar is divided into two parts. Using examples from the field of wastewater, the creation of layer templates and their compilation to a map will be trained. In addition, the positioning of any attribute texts to certain object geometries (e.g. manhole designation to the lid centre geometry) is trained. The consideration of own, individually created symbols and their model integration is also shown with examples.
